Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be processed the following week. Note that during peak seasons, order processing may experience slight delays.
Verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.
Note: All orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
PACKAGING
All purchases (both limited & open edition) will include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Prints 30” x 40” and smaller are shipped flat. Larger prints are shipped rolled (in tubes). Our preferred method is Masterpak PrintPak packages.
Masterpak - trusted source for the materials needed to safely package, ship and store fine art. Their unique archival materials help to ensure the ultimate protection for fine art and antiquities during transport and storage. Masterpak provides art packaging products to artists, auction houses, galleries and museums around the world.
SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE on (U.S.) domestic purchases.
International shipping is a set price per country regardless of image size and quantity. Prices are displayed at checkout once your shipping address has been entered.
Prints take 1-2 weeks to be printed, signed, packed, and shipped. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1-7 business days. International shipments may take longer. Please allow 14 days for delivery once shipped.
